Manuscript Guideline  for Authors

General Guidelines

  • Manuscript should be submitted as Word (.doc or .docx) file.
  • Use 12-point Times New Roman font for text throughout your paper.
  • Lines should be double-spaced.
  • Leave a margin of one inch on all sides.
  • Align the text to the left and leave the right margin uneven (“ragged”)
  • Indent the first line of every paragraph. For consistency, use the tab key or the automatic paragraph-formatting function of your word-processing program.
  • Insert page number (top right corner) on all pages. The numbers should be Arabic numerals.
  • Tables should, where possible, be created simply using the MS Word Table function. All tables must be numbered and set flush left. On a new line give the Title of the table. If necessary, give Table notes immediately below the table. Table numbers, titles, and notes should be double-spaced. However, the contents within the tables are to be single-spaced.
  • Abbreviations/ acronyms should be defined at first mention and used consistently thereafter.
  • Use no more than three levels of displayed headings as far as practicable.
    • Level 1 Heading- Centered, bold, title case headings (text begins as a new paragraph)
    • Level 2 Heading- Flush left, bold, title case headings (text begins as a new paragraph)
    • Level3 Heading- Flush left, bold italic, title case headings (text begins as a new paragraph
  • Abstract: not more than 200 words
  • Abstracts in paragraph format are written as a single paragraph without indentation of the first line.
  • The authors will be held accountable for their views and, therefore, the articles published in the journal do not reflect the views or policies of either Campus or the Editorial Committee.
  • The decision of the Editorial Board will be final.
